Our all-natural treats are carefully baked and dehydrated to preserve freshness and extend shelf life. They contain no added sugars, colors, oils, chemical additives, artificial flavorings, or preservatives.
When stored properly in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and moisture, these treats can last approximately 12-16 months.
Please note that, unlike commercially produced products, our treats are handmade with all-natural ingredients. As a result, the size and shape may vary with each batch, and the shelf life may differ slightly from mass-produced alternatives.
Treats should be given in small amounts due to the sugar content present in fruit. Since small animals have sensitive stomachs, new treats should always be introduced slowly.

SHIPPING POLICY
We believe all small animals deserve healthy, high-quality treats, no matter where they live. We offer free shipping on orders over $35 USD, $50 CAD, or $150 for international orders! 🎉
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns as long as the item is received within 30 days of purchase and returned in its original state - items should not be opened, tampered, or damaged. At this time, we do not offer free returns and all shipping costs will be shouldered by the sender.
