Shipping Policy
We believe that all small animals deserve healthy and high quality treats, regardless of geographical location. Therefore, we are committed to free delivery on all orders, no minimum required. However, because we are a small business, the standard shipping option will be untracked to keep our products affordable to everyone. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages and will not replace or refund any lost or damaged products.

- Canada: 5-7 business days
- United States: 7-14 business days

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns as long as the item is received within 30 days of purchase and returned in its original state - items should not be opened, tampered, or damaged. At this time, we do not offer free returns and all shipping costs will be shouldered by the sender.
